Is the Free plan actually free?
Yes — two-person rooms with 500 translations a month, no card and no trial clock. It exists so you can try the real product with a real person before anything else.
How do I get Plus or Business?
They’re in early access while billing comes online: email us, and we’ll activate your account manually — usually the same day. Early-access accounts get founding-customer pricing when subscriptions launch.
What happens if I run out of monthly translations?
The room shows a clear message when you reach the limit, and the counter resets at the start of the next month. If you’re hitting the ceiling regularly, that’s usually the sign to move up a tier.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Early-access plans are activated manually, so changes are one email. Once subscriptions launch, plans will be self-serve with no lock-in. Fixed QR desks survive a lapse — re-activating revives the same printed code.
